By using a high-voltage setup, we can cram more power into a small space without blowing a circuit. It creates a concentrated blast of heat. The result? Your ramp-up time drops significantly. It&amp;rsquo;s fast. Really fast.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The gear under the hood&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;We don&amp;rsquo;t use flimsy glass. We use heavy-wall quartz because these things get hot—really hot—and we don&amp;rsquo;t want the tubes bowing under the stress.&#xA;For the Husky-compatible lamps, we added a special internal coating. Think of it like a filter. It blocks the wavelengths that PET usually reflects and boosts the ones it actually absorbs. It pushes the energy straight into the center of the preform wall.&#xA;And don&amp;rsquo;t worry about the install. We use standard R7s or Sk15 connectors. They just slide right in. No rewiring, no fiddling with brackets, no headache.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;A couple of things to watch out for&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Here&amp;rsquo;s the catch: these lamps put out a massive amount of radiant energy. That’s great for the preforms, but it&amp;rsquo;s a workout for your oven&amp;rsquo;s cooling blowers.&#xA;If your fans are clogged with dust or just too small for the job, the oven temperature will creep up. That&amp;rsquo;s when you start seeing deformations. Keep your airflow clean and you&amp;rsquo;ll be fine.&#xA;One last tip from the field: check the &lt;a href=&#34;https://goldisgood.com&#34;&gt;tension&lt;/a&gt; on your sockets every 2,000 hours.
