Outdoor Electric Heater: 400V Halogen Lamps for High-Density Industrial Heat
We make outdoor electric heaters for plant floors that need serious, focused heat—without hauling around bulky convection systems. Our 400V halogen lamps crank out fast infrared warmth in a small footprint, so your process keeps moving even when it’s cold and wide open to the elements.
Power, Voltage, and Size—Without the Overthink
With a 400V supply, we can push high current through a compact tube. That gives you 2500W packed into just 300mm. The payoff? Quick warm-up and tight temperature control. Just make sure the 400V circuit is specced right—match the feeder gauge and protection to the load. And because the length is only 300mm, it slips into tight spots on machines and conveyors without fighting for space.
What’s Inside: Halogen, Coating, and the R7s Base
Inside, it’s a halogen capsule riding inside a quartz envelope. The halogen cycle keeps the filament stable, so it resists blackening and holds steady output over time. The quartz also has a special coating built for outdoor life, helping it handle temperature swings without cracking under thermal shock. Then there’s the R7s base—simple, two-pin, and straightforward. It wires up fast and locks in clean, so you get a solid connection you can actually service on the line.
Built for the Outdoors, Easy to Install
These lamps are made for outdoor plant heating and spot heating near openings—places where wind and cold would shut down standard heaters. You get instant infrared heat, and because there’s low thermal mass, you only heat what you need. Just keep in mind: that high power density means you need proper machine cooling and ventilation so the surroundings stay within safe limits. And we design them as drop-in replacements for common R7s-fitted systems, so changeover is quick and maintenance stays predictable.
