Making it actually fit
We don’t believe in “close enough.” If a lamp doesn’t fit perfectly, it’s useless. We stick to the exact physical and electrical footprints of the original gear. Whether you need 300mm or 500mm tubes, we’ve got them. Plus, we use R7s and Sk15 connectors. This means you can just slide the new lamp into the socket and get back to work. You won’t have to touch your control panels or mess around with rewiring.
The tech side of things
We use short-wave halogen technology because it gets the heat into the PET preform fast. But here is the clever part: the quartz glass has a special coating. It pushes the heat inward toward the plastic instead of letting it leak out. This saves you energy and, more importantly, keeps the lamp housing from getting dangerously hot. **One quick tip though:**keep an eye on your cooling airflow. High-wattage tubes put out a ton of heat. If your blower fans are clogged with dust, those lamps are going to burn out way faster than they should.
Built for the grind
These lamps are designed for 24/7 production. We’ve obsessed over the thermal stability of the filament so you don’t get those annoying “cold spots” that cause bottles to deform. Since we keep these specs in stock, you can swap a dead lamp in a couple of minutes. You don’t have to sit around waiting for a proprietary shipment from the OEM while your machines sit idle. It all comes down to the basics: the right voltage, the exact length, and power that doesn’t flicker. Simple as that.
